For the Rice Base:
- 300g cooked jasmine or brown rice (50g per jar)
For the Stir-Fried Vegetables:
- 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 6 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the Toppings (Add Before Serving):
- 6 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 6 tbsp crushed roasted cashews
For Layering in the Mason Jars:
Bottom Layer (Savory Teriyaki Beef - Sweet & Umami):
- Divide the cooked teriyaki beef evenly among the jars.
Second Layer (Rice Base - Filling & Fragrant):
- Add 50g cooked jasmine or brown rice per jar.
Third Layer (Crisp Stir-Fried Vegetables - Colorful & Nutritious):
- Layer in broccoli, red bell pepper, shredded carrots, and spring onions.
Top Layer (Crunchy & Nutty Toppings - Add Before Serving):
- Toasted sesame seeds and crushed roasted cashews for crunch and extra flavor.

- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and water.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add sliced beef, and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce, stirring continuously for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Let cool before layering.

Cook the Rice:
- Rinse jasmine or brown rice and cook according to package instructions. Let cool before layering.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli, red bell pepper, carrots, and spring onions, stirring for 4–5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
- Season with salt and black pepper.

- Bottom Layer: Spoon teriyaki beef into each jar.
- Second Layer: Add cooked rice.
