- 300g frozen mixed berries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp lemon juice
For the Crunchy Toppings (Add Before Serving):
- 6 tbsp crushed peanuts
- 6 tbsp granola

Bottom Layer (Homemade Berry Jam - Sweet & Fruity):
- Divide the berry jam evenly among the jars.
Second Layer (Creamy Peanut Butter Oats):
- Pour the peanut butter oat mixture evenly over the jam.

- Crushed peanuts and granola for extra crunch.

- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook frozen berries, maple syrup, and lemon juice for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened.
- Mash with a fork, stir in chia seeds, and let cool before adding to jars.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes, stirring once more before layering.

Storage & Serving:
