For the Oat Base (Mix Together):

  • 360g rolled oats (60g per jar)
  • 900ml almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 6 tbsp chia seeds (1 tbsp per jar)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (or agave nectar)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp coconut yoghurt (1 tbsp per jar)
  • 6 tbsp mashed banana (1 tbsp per jar)

For Toppings (Add Last):

  • 300g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, ~50g per jar)
  • 6 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans, 1 tbsp per jar)
  • 6 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds (optional, for extra crunch)

Instructions:

Prepare the Oat Mixture:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, coconut yoghurt, and mashed banana.
  2. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to start absorbing the liquid.

Assemble the Mason Jars:

  1. Evenly divide the oat mixture among the 6 jars.
  2. Top each jar with mixed berries, chopped nuts, and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Seal the jars tightly with the Perma Jar Vacuum Sealer to keep them extra fresh.

Storage & Serving:

  • Store the jars in the fridge overnight (at least 6 hours).
  • In the morning, enjoy straight from the jar or give it a stir.
  • If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a splash of almond milk before eating.
