- 6 scoops vegan chocolate protein powder (1 scoop per jar)
- 6 tbsp almond milk (1 tbsp per jar)
For the Layered Chocolate Chia Pudding:
- 900ml almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 6 tbsp chia seeds (1 tbsp per jar)
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder (1 tbsp per jar)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup (or agave nectar)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Crunchy Toppings (Add Before Serving):
- 6 tbsp crushed almonds
- 6 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 6 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
For Layering in the Mason Jars:

- Divide the chocolate chia pudding evenly between the jars.
