- 300g fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 6 tbsp crushed digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
- 6 tbsp chopped almonds
For Layering in the Mason Jars:
Bottom Layer (Blueberry Compote - Sweet & Tangy):
- Divide the blueberry compote evenly between the jars.

- Pour the lemon cheesecake oat mixture evenly over the blueberry layer.
