  • 300g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Blueberry Compote:

  2. Prepare the Oat Base:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, dairy-free cream cheese, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
    • Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. Assemble the Mason Jars:

    • Bottom Layer: Spoon the blueberry compote evenly into the jars.
